1. Agreement

By accessing or using HomeWise ("we," "us," "our"), including our website, lead generation services, and ad management, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Our Service

HomeWise provides marketing and lead generation services for painting contractors on a pay-per-booked-job basis. We run advertising campaigns on your behalf and deliver booked appointments at a flat rate of $127 per booked job. We do not charge for ad spend.

3. Booked Job Definition

A "booked job" is defined as a confirmed appointment with a qualified homeowner who has scheduled an in-home estimate within your service area. Pricing, qualification standards, and service areas are confirmed during your strategy session.

4. Payment Terms

Payment of $127 per booked job is due according to the billing terms established in your client agreement. We reserve the right to pause service for past-due accounts.

5. No Guarantees

While we work hard to deliver 6–8 booked jobs per month, results vary based on market conditions, your service area, pricing, response times, and close rates. We make no guarantee of specific revenue, profit, or job outcomes.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to respond to booked leads promptly, show up for scheduled appointments, and conduct yourself professionally. Failure to do so may impact campaign performance and is not grounds for refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All ad creative, landing pages, funnels, and systems built by HomeWise remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeWise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 30 days.

9. Third Parties

HomeWise is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. We are an independent advertising partner.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
